1. Not investment advice

2. Market data — accuracy and delays

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, simulated, incomplete or inaccurate. Derived analytics (such as straddle/strangle premiums, PCR, open-interest metrics, Greeks and India VIX values) are provided on a best-effort basis and may differ from your broker or the exchange. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of any data, and you must not rely on it for trading decisions.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullmatics and its operators will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any data on it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or the live feed, or place unreasonable load on the Service;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the data or content without permission;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or exchange/broker terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, software and branding, is owned by Bullmatics or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Underlying market data remains subject to the rights and terms of the respective data providers and exchanges.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The Service is supported by advertising and may contain third-party ads and links. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third-party sites or advertisers. Your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
