Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Bullmatics is a free, browser-based options-analytics terminal for Indian markets (NIFTY, Bank Nifty, Sensex and MCX). We do not offer accounts or logins, and we do not require you to register to use the site.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our Contact / Feedback form, we collect the phone number, category and message you provide, so we can respond to and act on your feedback. We do not sell this information or post it publicly.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security, abuse-prevention and reliability. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics (see “Analytics”).

Information stored on your device

We store your interface preferences (such as chart and option-chain settings and light/dark theme) in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. Advertising and cookies

The site is supported by advertising. Third-party advertising partners — including Google (AdSense), and, in future, additional demand partners via our ad-management provider — may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Where required (for example, for visitors in the EEA and UK), advertising and related cookies are used only with consent collected via a consent-management banner.

4. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or fingerprint visitors. It reports aggregate metrics such as page views and visit duration, which we use to improve the site.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• provide, operate and secure the site and its live data tools;
• respond to your feedback and requests;
• measure and improve performance and content; and
• display and measure advertising that keeps the site free.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare), the email provider used to deliver feedback messages, and our advertising and analytics partners — and where required by law.

7. Data retention

Feedback submissions are retained for as long as needed to address them and keep a record of requests. Aggregate analytics are retained by our analytics provider per its policies. You may ask us to delete feedback data you have submitted (see “Contact”).

8. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of personalised advertising using the links in “Advertising and cookies”, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and clear locally stored preferences at any time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold about you; contact us to exercise them.

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. International users

We operate from India and use service providers that may process data in other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
